Pioneering Local Manufacturing for Advanced Diagnostics in Africa
Codix Bio is an In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) factory for the manufacture of Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) Kits for Nigeria and the broader African market. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully optimized to produce a wide range of rapid diagnostic tests, addressing critical disease areas including HIV, Malaria, and much more.
At Codix Bio, we are committed to driving innovation through strategic technology transfer and sub-licensing. Partnering with industry leader SD Biosensor, we are integrating advanced diagnostic technologies into our manufacturing processes. By 2028, we aim to complete nearly 90% of the entire manufacturing process domestically, transitioning from importing raw materials to full-scale local production, aligning with the Federal Government’s direction for localization in Nigeria.
